to unlock: beat Street Fighter Zero 2 Alpha once

secret game 3 - Street Fighter Zero 3(Arrange)
to unlock: beat Street Fighter Zero 3 once
to select: hold select when selecting Street Fighter Zero 3

secret game 4 - Hyper Street Fighter Zero
to unlock: beat all games once, including Pocket Fighter and SFZ2,SFZ3 in Arrange mode (Peite oti thelei KAI to Arrange)
to select: hold select when selecting Street Fighter Zero

New Isms – ONLY IN HSFZ (Gamw to kerato mou peite to apo thn arxh) select your char and then pick zero 3 style. Then when you get to the other option where you get to select Saikyou mode etc hold START and press LEFT (1p) or RIGHT (2p).
They are as follows.

Top (Green) – Darkstalkers Ism
Second (Blue) – SF3 Ism
Third (Pink) – Champion Edition Ism
Fourth (Red) – Marvel vs Ism

Secret Config - Holding L1+R1 or L2+R2 at certain options in the Options menu will let you access a Secret config like in the Vampire collection. You can change the 'version' of the game you're playing to a diff arcade board revision.

Street Fighter Zero

Play as Vega
go to random hold start then press down,down,left,left,down,left,left then press square+r1 or x+r2

Play as Gouki
go to random hold start then press down,down,down,left,left,left then press square+r1 or x+r2

Play as Pink Dan
highlight arcade mode, press and hold start, go to the random box, then quickly press square,x,circle,r2,r1,triangle

Play as Green Dan
highlight arcade mode, press and hold start, go to the random box, then quickly press r1,r2,circle,x,square,triangle

Play as Shin Gouki
highlight Gouki, then hold start for one second. release start press Down,Down,Right,Down,Right,Down,Down,Down,Left,Down,Left,Down then hold Start and press any p or k button

Play as Evil Ryu
highlight Ryu, then hold start for one second. continue holding start, press right,up,down,left then press any p or k button

Play as Chun-Li in Super Turbo Outfit
highlight Chun-Li, hold start for five seconds, then hold Start and press any p or k button

Play as SSF2 Dalshim
highlight Dalshim, hold start for one second. continue holding start, press right,down,left,up then press any p or k button

Play as SSF2 Zangief
highlight Zangief, hold start for one second. continue holding start, press down,left,left,left,left,down,right,right,right,right then press any p or k button

Play as Chun-Li in Super Turbo Outfit
highlight Chun-Li, then press start

Play as Evil Ryu
Hightlight Ryu, then press start twice

Get Sakura's alternative colors
Highlight Sakura, then press start five times

that's all the secret characters i've verified to be working in arcade mode...i don't know if you can use these in versus since some versus doesn't have the random box...if someone else got a correction or additional info...pls post them so i can also verify...peace...gamefaqs rulez...
