Το Baldur's Gate 3 κέρδισε ένα ακόμη βραβείο Game of the Year, αυτή τη φορά στα Game Developers Choice Awards.

Ήταν πρώτο σε διακρίσεις με συνολικά τέσσερα βραβεία.
