Τα Golden Joystick Awards 2023 ανακοινώθηκαν και το Baldur's Gate 3 ήταν πρώτο με 7 βραβεία!

Κέρδισε τα βραβεία για καλύτερο storytelling, visual design, studio of the year (για την Larian), best game community, PC game of the year και ultimate game of the year. Ο Neil Newbon, που παιζει τον Astarion, πήρε το βραβείο για τον καλύτερο supporting performer.
